Design

Once a proposal has been agreed with you, we can develop a detailed design. The design will show details on key aspects such as resilience to ensure that all agree what this really means in practice.

Designs will specify, where appropriate:

• Voice routing
• Data routing and switching
• Levels of resilience / availability
• Equipment types and connections
• Geographical locations

Any design work will be subject to review until formally signed off. A design then becomes the detailed master document for the implementation of a solution.
