We use various support tools to help us achieve this and provide the proactive management you need:

NOC (Network Operations Centre)

The NOC provides a remote monitoring service that enables us to proactively support all connections and hardware regardless of the supplier or technology deployed.

Help Desk - 24 x 7

Our UK based help desk monitors the integrity of the network on a 24 x 7 basis to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.  It is also responsible for measuring network KPI's and managing QoS and connectivity ratios on traffic routes, as well as liaising with you and third party suppliers regarding network migrations, upgrades and outages.

S1-Live online customer portal

We give our customers online access to view and modify products and services, log faults, and view and analyse bills.  We provide an online, real-time inventory so you can see exactly what your estate looks like at any given point, and you can raise new orders and cancellations or provision complete site moves quickly and easily.  You can also easily move into the billing view to set cost centres, analyse trends, set alerts or simply produce informed reports on your usage.
