Consult
Our Account teams take a consultative approach to define solutions that fully meet your needs. Supported by Technical Solution Consultants who are experts in their field, Solution1 will define Industry Leading Solutions that fit your business requirements.
Design
Once the requirements are defined and agreed, Solution1 then designs and specifies the Architecture and Configuration required. This is done in Consultation with you at every step.
Implement
Project Managers then start the process of delivery and Installation. Communication is key to the delivery of any solution or service and your assigned Project Manager will co-ordinate all activities with you.
All Installed solutions and equipment are tested prior to delivery and Installation.
Following Installation a rigorous acceptance process, agreed with you by the Project Manager, is undertaken.
Manage
Post implementation your service is then proactively managed against agreed SLA's to ensure any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
Ongoing regular Account meetings backed up by SLA reporting are held to ensure you get the Exceptional Service that Solution1 prides itself in delivering.
